Final proofs of the EOYS exhibition map. There will be two versions made (male & female). The only amend we have needed to do since our last meeting with Marketing is reduce the far left & right panel width by 2mm - this allows for room for the exhibition guide to lay flat once folded. Outlined in the diagram we found in Ambrose & Harris' Print Finishing book:
This meant slightly adjusting the columns and text placement on each panel but you can barely notice the difference. At least its guaranteed to fold perfectly flat now :)
IIn our eyes the exhibition guide is finished, we're just waiting for Marketing to sign the job off ready for print. So glad we decided to colour code by floor - much simpler to follow.
